Ashlyn Bennin tossed a 1-hitter yesterday to lead the Mishicot Girls Softball team to an 11-to-1 rout of Denmark in nonconference action at home.
The Big East champs jumped out to a 2-nothing lead over the Vikings in the first inning and never looked back.
Cora Nelson, Cora Stodola and Kaitlyn Callahan all homered for the Indians with Callahan going deep twice in the game.
Stodola added a double and she, along with Callahan each drove in 3 runs for Mishicot, now 16 and 3 on the season.
