History buffs and families alike are invited out to the Pinecrest Historical Village this weekend for their grand re-opening.
The village, which features buildings and artifacts from the lengthy history of Manitowoc County, will be open all summer from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays.
New this summer will be three new structures, namely the Meeme Poll House, which was built in 1900, the Meeme Livery Stable, which was constructed in roughly 1855, and the Krueger Sawmill.
Guests will also be able to take part in an audio tour, which features WOMT’s own Lee Douglas on commentary. You can learn more about the Village by visiting ManitowocCountyHistory.org.
