
A Two Rivers man will be spending some time in prison after being convicted on his 5th and 6th OWI offenses.
54-year-old Jamie A. Jonas will be spending a total of three and a half years in prison after being sentenced to a year and a half on the 5th offense, and two years on the 6th, which will be followed by five years of extended supervision.
He is also ordered to pay $1,200 in fines plus court costs.
Once he is released, Jonas will also be required to maintain absolute sobriety, and a combination of full-time employment, schooling, or work search.
The court also ordered that Jonas undergo random urine screens to ensure his sobriety and may be ordered to undergo additional addiction treatment.
