Wisconsin football has offered a scholarship to a 4-star wide receiver from Pennsylvania.
Rico Scott of Harrisburg becomes the eighth receiver to get an offer from the Badgers as part of the recruiting class of 2024.
247Sports rates him the number-25 wide receiver in the country.
As a sophomore, he caught 25 passes for 538 yards and nine touchdowns.
Scott currently has offers from Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Penn State, Texas A&M, and several others.
