Crews will begin the next step in the I-43 reconstruction project in Manitowoc County next week.
The Wisconsin DOT is reporting that workers will be working on the I-43 and State Highway 147 interchange in Maribel on Monday, and expect the concrete base patching to take about six weeks to complete.
Southbound traffic looking to get to 147 are encouraged to take the Highway 96 off-ramp at Denmark and use County Road R to get to the Highway.
Northbound traffic is encouraged to take the off-ramp for County Road K and do the same thing.
