Former Wisconsin football walk-on Tatum Grass got a big reward for his efforts and results this week.
He has been put on full scholarship by head coach Paul Chryst and the coaching staff.
Grass has performed mostly as a special teams player over the last two seasons, registering nine tackles last year.
More good news may be coming his way.
The 6′ 2″, 232-pound linebacker worked with the first-team defense during the spring and he will enter Wisconsin’s fall camp as the favorite to start at inside linebacker.
