A group of protesters marched to downtown Milwaukee Wednesday in support of abortion rights for women.
The group started at Red Arrow Park and made a stop at Planned Parenthood officers.
The protesters took the street after a leaked U-S Supreme Court draft opinion revealed the high court’s conservative majority is willing to overturn Roe-v-Wade, the landmark ruling on abortion in 1973.
The marchers said that if those rights go away, the country will move backward.
Wednesday’s demonstration followed a similar action Tuesday at the Wisconsin Capitol in Madison.
