Marquette University police are investigating a series of offensive stickers found posted on poles and other surfaces near the heart of the Milwaukee campus.
When police emailed students to inform them of the investigation Monday the email included the declaration: “Racism and discrimination have no place on our campus.”
After the investigation had already started another sticker was found Tuesday.
The picture on at least one of the stickers alluded to slavery.
