He was a 3-star prospect when he graduated high school in Honolulu in 2020.
He played all 14 games for the Pac-12 champion Utes last season, producing 19 tackles and breaking up three passes.
The Badgers have only four healthy safeties on the roster and two of them are walk-ons who have never played in a college game.
