A Monday hearing in Waukesha County Court will determine whether the case against a 14-year-old boy is moved to adult court.
The boy’s name hasn’t been released due to his age.
He is accused of carjacking, armed robbery, and the sexual assault of an 87-year-old woman.
The case remains in juvenile court for now.
The incident started outside the Waukesha Public Library last November just a few days after the Christmas parade tragedy.
Investigators say he threatened to slit the victim’s throat, then told her he will kill her family if she told police what he did.
