
An Appleton man has been arrested for the 4th time for driving under the influence.
The Wisconsin State Patrol reports that they responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on I-41 south, just south of Highway 151 in Fond du Lac County at around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The responding Trooper noted visible signs of impairment from the driver, 30-year-old Michael Marx.
A field sobriety test was administered, as well as a blood draw at St. Agnes Hospital.
Investigators also located drug paraphernalia in Marx’s vehicle, and he was arrested for his 4th OWI and for Operating After Revocation.
