A 28-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly attempted to steal from the Manitowoc Meijer store.
Officers were called to the store at around 5:15 p.m. on a report of a retail theft.
The loss prevention employee told the officer that the suspect had taken a bottle of cologne out of its box and placed it in his pocket.
He then attempted to leave without paying but was caught by store employees.
While the officer was speaking with the employee, the suspect was caught on camera attempting to discard a glass smoking device.
The man has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and four counts of Bail Jumping, one Misdemeanor, and three Felony.
