The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office has revealed the identity of the man who was found dead along the Lake Winnebago shoreline over the weekend.
The man was identified as 57-year-old Fond du Lac resident Thomas D. Williams, but authorities are still not sure how he got to where he was found.
Williams’ body was found Sunday afternoon along the shoreline in the Town of Friendship, and the autopsy did not find any injuries or trauma.
His cause of death is still unknown.
