A variety of health partners in Manitowoc County are urging residents to take part in a community health survey.
The purpose of the survey is to provide data that will help guide government, not-for-profit and volunteer organizations as they tailor services to meet the most pressing needs of the community.
An anonymous online survey is available to anyone who works or lives in Manitowoc County. It takes around five minutes to complete and can be found by visiting Bit.LY/ManitowocCounty.
Questions will center around access to primary care, health care coverage, substance use, smoking, vaping, nutrition, physical activity, cancer prevention, injury prevention, immunizations, children’s health, mental health and chronic disease.
The newly-collected data will allow Manitowoc County Public Health and community partners to analyze trends over time and help guide health improvement efforts to improve community health in Manitowoc County.
Survey data will be released to the public during the summer.
