There is only one meeting on the agenda today in the City of Two Rivers.
The newly restructured City Council will hold its first work session meeting with the new members at 6:00 p.m. in the Councill Chambers.
They will start with a pair of resolutions, where they will salute the return of Heart-a-Rama after a two-year hiatus, and another authorizing the City’s application for DNR Outdoor Recreation Grant Funds.
If accepted, the money received would go toward the planned improvements to Nashotah Park.
Also on the agenda for this evening is a discussion regarding a proposed amendment to the Sex Offender ordinance pertaining to the residency restrictions.
Meanwhile, in Manitowoc, the MPU Commission and Public Library Board are both scheduled to gather this evening, although the agendas for those meetings were not posted on the City website as of this morning.
