A Chilton man has been arrested in connection to a 1983 missing person case.
82-year-old John C. Andrews is being charged with Concealing a Corpse, and will be in court this afternoon.
Starkie Swenson disappeared in 1983 but his body was located at High Cliff State Park, south of Kaukauna, this past September.
Andrews was actually arrested previously on homicide charges after a woman he was dating at the time came forward in 1994, claiming she heard an argument between the two.
Andrews was eventually convicted on a charge of Homicide by Negligent Use of a Vehicle and served 24 months in jail, but the discovery of Swenson’s body and the subsequent investigation could lead to more charges.
If convicted on the Concealing charge, Andrews could spend an additional 12 and a half years in prison, and be ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
