A West Allis man is accused of breaking windows, slashing tires, and leaving racist notes for at least nine victims over the last two months.
54-year-old William McDonald is facing federal hate crime charges after agents searched his car and found screwdrivers, a baseball bat, and another racist note Tuesday.
Reginald Wilkerson says he and his family have had their tires slashed, windows broken, and have found graphic, threatening notes.
After the victims came forward, the FBI set up video surveillance in the area.
That helped link McDonald to the threats.
He has denied involvement.
