Patricia A. Decker, age 77, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on April 14, 2022.
Pat was born on September 25, 1944, in Iowa City, Iowa to the late Walter and Josephine (Geasland) Miles. On January 13, 1962, Pat married Charles Neville in Jackson, MN, and later divorced. On October 4, 1972, Pat married Howard Decker in Elk Point, SD. Howard preceded her in death on February 14, 2013. Mom kept her promise to Dad that she would meet him in Heaven.
She was a dedicated mother whose world revolved around her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed collecting dolls, crocheting, large family get togethers, making her famous cinnamon rolls, and her amazing homemade noodles.
Survivors include Pat’s sister, Grace Lafrentz, Galva, IA; nine children, Debbie Terrill, Rising Sun, MD; Randy (Lori) Decker, Dadeville, AL; Karen Edwards, Manitowoc; Ronda (Kevin) Myren, Strum, WI; Linda (Fran) Tomczuk, Fishers, IN; Billie Jo (Mark) Maedke, Two Rivers; Charlie Neville (April), Two Rivers; Ricky (Misty) Decker, Two Rivers; and Dale (April) Decker, Two Rivers; and sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy, June, and Mort.

Mom went home to meet all of her angels including, her daughter, Debbie Cadle; son-in-law, George Terrill; grandchildren, George Terrill, Jr, Cassie Stout, Brandy Myren; great-grandchildren, Alexis Stout and Austin Edwards; parents, Walter and Josie Miles; siblings, Walter, Jr, William, John, Margaret, Eva, and Janet; Howard’s parents, William and Hazel (Spurgeon) Decker; his siblings, Walter, Harold, Dwight, and Sharon; sisters-in-law, June, Iris, and Pat; brothers-in-law, Fred, Roy, and Eldon; and best friend, Marcia Kortbein.
Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Zenk officiating. A dinner for family and friends will then be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center located on the south property of the funeral home. Cremation will take place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel at a later date. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Saturday, April 23 from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 4 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com.
