The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are looking to rebound after dropping the final two games of their six-game set with Beloit over the weekend.
The Appleton-based ball club will be taking on the Quad Cities River Bandits this evening at Fox Cities Stadium.
It will be a battle of two pitchers who have had a bit of a rough start to the Midwest League season, as the Rattler’s Justin Jarvis enters the matchup with an ERA of 7.56 over the two games he has pitched.
Bandit Pitcher Charlie Neuweiler had a much tougher start, as he has only pitched three innings, and gave up 18 earned runs over that stretch.
First pitch will be thrown at 7:30 this evening.
