The already-strong Wisconsin women’s hockey team will be getting even stronger with help coming through the transfer portal.
Olympian Jesse Compher is arriving from Boston University to the Badgers program.
She will have one year of eligibility remaining.
Compher scored three goals and had an assist as Team U.S.A. claimed the silver in the 2022 Winter Olympics.
During three seasons at B.U., she scored 46 goals and added 81 assists in 109 games.
She was second-team All-American as a sophomore and a finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award.
