A competency hearing scheduled for today will determine what comes next for a woman accused of a grisly murder in Green Bay.
Investigators say Taylor Schabusiness strangled her lover during a drug-fueled sexual encounter last February.
Her lawyers think Schabusiness may not be able to understand the court proceedings.
If she is found incompetent, she will have to undergo mental health treatment until she is able to assist the defense effort.
She’s being held on a cash bond of $2 million.
