
Badgers volleyball coach Kelly Sheffield isn’t afraid to switch things up for his defending national champions.
In Sunday’s win over Marquette Sheffield used a six-two rotation, meaning the use of two setters and increasing the attacking options.
The setup worked against the toughest opponent U.W. will face during the spring exhibition schedule.
Izzy Ashburn and MJ Hammill were the setters in the 3-1 win.
Wisconsin has one final exhibition Friday at the Stoltz Sports Center in Dubuque, Iowa against Northern Iowa.
Marquette has closed-door scrimmages against U.W.-Milwaukee and U.W.-Green Bay coming up on April 23rd.
