
A home in Two Rivers caught fire yesterday afternoon.
The Two Rivers Fire Department was informed of the blaze in the 1300 block of School Street at around 12:30 p.m.
Crews arrived to find the fire in a 2nd-floor bedroom, and quickly entered the structure.
They were able to extinguish the flames within about half an hour of arriving, with no injuries reported.
The incident caused fire and smoke damage to the 2nd floor of the building, with the cause still under investigation.
The damage was estimated to be around $30,000 worth.
Two Rivers fire crews were assisted by Mishicot Fire and Ambulance, and fire crews from Rockwood and the Town of Two Rivers.
