Bond has been set at one-million dollars for the 25-year-old Madison man linked to the fatal shooting outside the Dane County Jail last month.
Amond Galtney made his first court appearance Monday, nearly two weeks after he was arrested.
Galtney and 20-year-old Demone Cummins are accused of shooting the victim multiple times as he was walking outside the City-County Building on March 30th.
No motive for the killing of 32-year-old Dwayne Collins Junior has ever been released.
