A pinch-hit home run by Mike Brosseau in the seventh inning gave the Brewers their first win of the season 5-4 at Chicago’s Wrigley Field Sunday.
The Cubs had taken the first two games of the series. Milwaukee also got home runs from Willy Adames and Rowdy Tellez.
The bullpen of Devin Williams and Josh Hader held the Cubs without a hit through the last two innings.
Brad Boxberger got the win and Josh Hader picked up the save.
The Brewers are on the road today against the Orioles in Baltimore.
Adrian Houser will start for manager Craig Counsell.
