
The leader of the Milwaukee Peoples Revolution has been found guilty of first-degree robbery in Kentucky.
Khalil Coleman is a well-known civil activist in Wisconsin’s largest city.
Authorities in Kenton County say Coleman faces a prison sentence of 10-20 years after Friday’s conviction.
No sentencing date has been set.
A co-defendant entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to 10 years after refusing to testify against Coleman as part of a plea deal.
A second man, 24-year-old Joshua Clarey of New Berlin, will be sentenced to 15 years in prison.
