The Packers have plenty of chances to find the wide receivers they need after the departures of Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
Green Bay has 11 draft picks, including seven in the first four rounds.
Four of the picks are among the first 60.
That gives the team plenty of draft capital to make a trade or find a couple of gems in this month’s 2022 NFL Draft.
There’s a lot of talk about trades for players like DK Metcalf, Terry McLaurin, and AJ Brown.
This is also considered to be one of the deepest drafts for wide receivers.
General manager Brian Gutekunst could decide to trade for one veteran that Aaron Rodgers can count on, then take one of the talented rookies who can contribute but doesn’t have to be the number-one target.
