Head coach Shaka Smart is ready to test his troops in the next two seasons. Marquette basketball has signed up to play in a pair of prestigious tournaments.
The Golden Eagles will take part in the Fort Myers Tip-Off this November, a tournament that also includes Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, and Utah.
In November 2023 Marquette will return to the Maui Invitational and will have to deal with a strong field.
The Golden Eagles are one of six 2022 NCAA tournament teams in the field and five of those six were seeded number-four or higher.
