Authorities in Iron County say no foul play is suspected in the apparently accidental death of a surgeon for Middleton.
The body of 30-year-old Kelsey A. Musgrove M.D. was found near the Potato River Falls Sunday at about 11:25 a.m.
More than two dozen agencies from Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota had been involved in the ground, air, and water search.
Musgrove was reported missing last Wednesday and family and friends say they last heard from her on March 26th.
Authorities say they are investigating but no foul play is suspected.
