The Sheboygan Falls Police Department is looking into a report of a child being stabbed on Wednesday.
The report came in at around 5:00 p.m. and officers were sent to the Plank Trail Apartments to investigate.
When they arrived, the officers found an unresponsive child who was rushed to St. Nicholas Hospital.
While what caused the child’s injuries is still under investigation, the Police Department did say that the child was not stabbed.
An adult female was also hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
No additional details have been released.
