A Green Bay man has been convicted in a child exposure case.
34-year-old Bernard Johnson was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on two counts of Causing a Child 13-18 to View Sexual Activity, with a third count dismissed but read into the record.
Videos of Johnson touching himself inappropriately were found on a young boy’s phone after his mother looked through it.
The video was a part of a video chat, which involved three other children, and another adult man.
Johnson is also facing the same charge in Calumet and Brown Counties.
In Calumet County, he is also facing a charge of Exposing Genitals to a Child, and additional charges in Brown County include Second Degree Assault, and Exposing a Child to Harmful Martial.
Johnson is due to be sentenced on June 1st.
