A judge has delayed the trial for a 37-year-old man accused of firing a “warning shot” during the Kenosha riots in August 2020.
Jury selection was scheduled to start Monday for Joshua Ziminski’s trial.
He is charged with arson, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon.
The trial has been rescheduled to June 21st due to a conflict for Ziminski’s attorney.
Investigators say surveillance video shows him pointing his gun toward the sky.
At that time officers say they saw a muzzle flash and heard a gunshot.
