A Manitowoc man has been arrested on another OWI charge following a hit and run crash over the weekend.
A witness called in the crash in the 1000 block of South 19th Street just after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday noting that the suspect was her neighbor.
The truck involved was located in the 1900 block of Marshal Street with numerous open liquor bottles located inside.
Officers spoke with the owner of the home the truck was parked in front of and learned that the suspect was asleep on his couch.
The officers woke the 25-year-old man up and noticed a strong smell of alcohol on his breath.
The man was given a portion of the field sobriety test, but the man had trouble standing so he was arrested.
It was learned that the man had been arrested for Operating While Intoxicated three previous times, so he was nabbed for his 4th offense following a blood draw at a local hospital.
He was also charged with eight counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
