
It looks like the last remaining member of the so-called “Monfils 6” still in prison is going to remain there.
A parole commissioner determined that convicted killer Keith Kutska hasn’t met the requirements of his release plan.
Kutska has been in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for nearly 27 years.
Six men were found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide in 1995.
The jury decided they had killed Tom Monfils at the James River paper mill in 1992.
Prosecutors viewed Kutska as the ringleader.
The others have been freed from prison.
