Efforts are underway to recruit new businesses for the largely-vacant Foxconn Technology site in Racine County.
A public meeting was held Tuesday.
When negotiations first started on the project five years ago promises were made that 13,000 jobs would be coming to southeastern Wisconsin.
Several hundred employees are believed to be working at the site now but Foxconn has refused to release exact numbers.
Local officials are revealing new details about their behind-the-scenes efforts to attract new companies to occupy the space.
