The Sheboygan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the individual involved in a hit and run yesterday.
The incident reportedly occurred near the intersection of North 15th Street and Geele Avenue at around 10:00 p.m.
A 22-year-old Sheboygan woman was struck by a vehicle and had to be taken to a Milwaukee hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The driver is believed to have known the woman, and the crash is believed to not have been a random act of violence.
