A sentence has been issued for a Manitowoc man who pointed a weapon at another man in 2020.
Judge Mark Rohrer has sentenced 23-year-old Dominique M. Elliott to spend 12 months in jail under the Huber Law and to three years probation.
Elliott was found guilty of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with Use of a Dangerous weapon due to a no-contest plea.
He was arrested on November 28th, 2020 after officers viewed a video showing him pointing a gun at another individual.
Elliot also pulled the trigger at some point, as the sound of a weapon firing could be heard on the video.
As a part of his probation, Elliott has also been ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, and full-time employment, schooling, or work search.
He is scheduled to report to the Manitowoc County jail on April 29th.
