Badger sophomore guard Johnny Davis is already a first-team All-American and Big Ten Player of the Year, and now is a finalist for the honor given to college basketball’s most outstanding player.
He is one of four finalists announced Tuesday for the Naismith Trophy.
Davis, who is from La Crosse, averaged nearly 20 points, eight rebounds, and two assists per game.
The sophomore is joined on the list by another Big Ten standout, Keegan Murray of Iowa, along with Ochai Agbaji of Kansas, and Oscar Tshiebwe of Kentucky.
