The Weill Center for the Performing Arts has named a new Marketing and Events Manager.
Crystal Dekker will oversee organizational branding, update and monitor all communications platforms, execute strategic marketing and advertising plans, and assist with publicity efforts.
In addition, Dekker will manage logistics for the nearly 100 events at the theater each season.
Dekker joins the team after most recently serving as director of Young Professionals of Fond du Lac and assistance director of membership for Envision Greater Fond du Lac.
In that role, she created and promoted programming for area young professionals and cultivated relationships with business partners.
Prior, Dekker managed sponsorship activations, community partnerships, and media relations as public relations coordinator at Van Horn Automotive Group.
