Wisconsin congressman Mark Pocan doesn’t think a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia should include any concessions on the part of Ukraine.
He says a true peace agreement means, “Vladimir Putin out of Ukraine, period.”
The Second District Democrat says Putin’s unprovoked invasion of a sovereign nation puts him at odds with most other countries, and that “at minimum, he has to leave without conditions.”
Pocan, along with Fifth District Republican Scott Fitzgerald, are both on record opposing a no-fly zone over Ukraine, which could bring the U.S. and NATO into open war with Russian forces.
