Gas prices in Eastern Wisconsin are starting to recover from the massive spike earlier in the month.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, the average price per gallon in Manitowoc County is down 10 cents from last week, now sitting at $3.95.
Sheboygan County reported the smallest decline, down 7 cents to $3.92, while Calumet County motorists are paying 14 cents less at the pump with an average of $3.85.
Outagamie County saw the largest decline, down 17 cents to $3.77, while Brown, Kewaunee, and Door Counties each reported 12 cent drops.
Their averages now sit at $3.95, $3.97, and $4.03 respectively.
The state average is down 11 cents from last week to $3.91, while the national average dropped 7 cents to $4.25.
Wisconsin has the 9th cheapest prices per gallon in the Country, with Kansas reporting the least expensive at $3.67.
California has the most expensive fuel, where they are averaging a whopping $5.85 per gallon.
