Setzer Properties of Lexington, KY has received tentative approval from the Department of Natural Resources for a Wetland Individual Permit for wetland fill or disturbance in the City of Manitowoc.
This clears another important hurdle in the lengthy process for construction to start.
Seehafer News has confirmed that this facility is being built for FedEx and is to be located on a 38.5-acre parcel at the corner of S. 42nd St. and Viebahn Street.
The new construction involves a 218,000 square foot FedEx Shipping and Distribution Center that would include building a new City Street, extending South 39th Street from Dewey Street to Viebahn.
Once all permits have been secured, Setzer Properties can begin construction.
