A court hearing scheduled for April 22nd may be postponed after a Waukesha County judge agreed to schedule changes in a lawsuit over election records.
Former State Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman has sued the mayors of Green Bay and Madison for records from the November 2020 presidential election.
Gableman filed an amended petition last month naming eight more respondents.
The judge put the case schedule on hold Wednesday with a discussion of future hearings when parties return to court on April 1st.
