A former second-grade teacher in Green Bay has been ordered to stand trial for the alleged sexual assault of two students.
Investigators say the incidents happened in 2015 and 2016 at Baird Elementary.
David Villareal is accused of touching the victims inappropriately. Villareal has denied the accusations. He is charged with two counts of first-degree child sex assault and one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child. Villareal has resigned.
