A judge has ruled the charges against a man shot by authorities last month in Madison won’t be dismissed.
Attorneys for Quadren Wilson argued in Dane County Court Friday allegations he sold the drugs that led to a fatal overdose should be thrown out.
Instead, the Dane County judge bound Wilson over for trial.
He was shot on February 3rd during an arrest in Madison.
More than 20 law enforcement personnel were involved in Wilson’s arrest.
He was wounded while being taken into custody.
