The battle is over, and now, we have a winner.
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have revealed that the winner of their 7th annual Food Fight competition is the Sweet-Salty-Savory Burger.
The burger submitted by Todd Hagens of Appleton features cheddar cheese, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, bacon, and candied onions on top of a large beef patty.
A total of 71 entries were submitted, but Hagens’ burger outlasted them all.
He will receive four ticket vouchers for winning and will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a game this upcoming season.
With the MLB season still in flux, the Timber Rattlers could potentially see record attendance, and many could try the Sweet-Salty-Savory Burger.
