There are two meetings scheduled for today in the City of Manitowoc, both of which will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The City’s Harbor Commission will be in the 1st Floor Conference Room in City Hall, where they will discuss the bridge lift and tonnage reports, before getting an update on the S.S. Badger Carferry Dock, including the upcoming structural inspection.
They will also get updates on some proposed harbor and river upgrades, and Lake Michigan water levels.
Meanwhile, the Police and Fire Commission will be in the lower level of the Public Safety building, where they will go over their monthly reports.
They will also look over the Police Department’s Patrol Officer Eligibility list, and the Fire/Rescue Department’s Firefighter and Paramedic Eligibility list.
