Dane County Judge Frank Remington is scheduled to hear arguments in one of several open records lawsuits against the investigation into the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin.
Today’s hearing starts at 9:00 a.m.
Remington ruled against Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and special investigator Mike Gableman last week in an open records lawsuit brought by the watchdog group American Oversight.
The judge decided that Vos and Gableman willfully withheld documents.
That could put state taxpayers on the hook for legal fees and fines connected to the case.
