Green Bay police took a suspect into custody two weeks after a fatal shooting outside a Walgreens store.
Jeromy Finke was wanted for his involvement in the February 18th incident. 15-year-old Jeremiah Robinson of Milwaukee had already been arrested and charged.
Finke and the teenage suspect reportedly got into an argument over money with a 31-year-old man.
The unidentified victim was shot four times.
Finke was arrested last Thursday. Robinson has told investigators he shot the man in self-defense after he was threatened with brass knuckles.
