The Two Rivers Senior Center could soon have a drive-thru service window. The issue will be discussed in a public hearing before the Two Rivers City Council tonight at 6:30 p.m.
The issue was briefly discussed during the council’s previous general meeting on February 21, but the Plan Commission recommended scheduling the public hearing for March 7.
The Senior Center, located at 1520 17th Street, would need a conditional use permit to receive the drive-thru service window.
If the council approves, the Senior Center would be allowed to offer drive-thru window service during its regular business hours.
Residents are invited to attend in-person at Two Rivers City Hall, but those unable to be there can also attend virtually via a live YouTube stream on the city’s YouTube channel.
